Phytochemical Analysis Both of Water and Ethanol Extract from Some Herbs Combinations, Nanoemulsion Formulation, and Antioxidant Effects

AIM: The purpose of this study was to analyze the phenolic content and antioxidant activity both water ethanol extracts a combination several herbs (Phyllanthus urinaria, Andrographis paniculata, Curcuma longa, Zingiber officinale, Citrus limon, Cymbopogon citratus), as well product development in form nanoemulsions. METHODS: research conducted by making three combinations mixtures with various compositions (Formulas A, B, C). combined powder then made extracts. extract each herbal also nanoemulsion spontaneous emulsion. RESULTS: contained higher compounds than extract. had particle size 21.1; 34.9; 50.7 nm showed high activity. CONCLUSION: (P. A. C. Z. citratus) its products have potential be developed natural antioxidants.
